I have started my own Chiropractic practice at Healing Spirit Body Therapies on 1355 Oak St. Our phone # is 541-683-1125. If you were my patient previously then I am still preferred with the same insurance companies. We also offer massage therapy, acupuncture and have a naturopathic doctor as well. Addie is here and already wants to crawl!

I started this blog because people wanted to see how I progressed when I was pregnant. Then I forgot to use it after she was born. Either way, she is huge now and 6 months old!

8 months pregnant

I have to say I have had a pretty good 3rd trimester so far, definitely more swimming then running. One thing I don't love is when she pushing up into my ribs when I sit, but otherwise doing great! Poor Kevin had food poisoning this last week/end which was not fun and I fought off a cold so we tried to stay low, but are now feeling better.

(This isn't so cute anymore, better with some more cloths!)

Kevin ran 10 miles yesterday and is getting ready to run the Eugene 1/2 marathon as long as the baby isn't here yet.

Starting my third trimester!!!

27 weeks!!!

We are finally starting to look into what baby stuff we may want/need! We just ordered a crib, that means we get to put it together next week:). Kevin ran a nice 8 miles this morning in about an hour...getting ready for Eugene 1/2 and Cascade lakes. I made it 4 1/2 run/walk. We've had some nice weather and made it out for 2 bike rides when it was sunny and 60.

6 months pregnant!

"24 weeks"

This has been a good month as far as pregnancy goes. Kevin and I went to Playa Del Carmen for a week and it was a nice break. It happen to be a little cold and I did get sick a few days, but we did get to sleep in:).

Holiday Season

It was a wonderful holiday season and we got to met our new nephew Isaac. He is a great baby and is making us look forward to our own in a few months. We were lucky enough to see both sides of our family over Christmas as well.

This is a little glimpse of our new house. It was very comfortable to have Kyle and Kandie stay with us for the last few weeks. Kevin was also able to have a 14 foot tree thanks to our new high ceilings.
